We, at Kassandra Village Resort, have dedicated ourselves to prepare and offer to our esteemed guests, an exquisite breakfast buffet; no detail was small enough for us regarding its outlay, its tastiness and its variety. Our breakfast buffet is unique in the multitude and freshness of the offered delicacies, prepared exclusively from greek ingredients.

Having an uninterrupted view of the swimming pool, the gardens and the olive trees of KVR, our guest can indulge in a variety of pastries and traditionally baked greek pies, all readily baked in our wood oven. The guest can also sip refreshing fresh-fruit juices, herb beverages such as black, green and mountain tea, sage, primrose; alternatively, our guest can take his filter coffee, after picking one from the three offered coffee blends.

In our breakfast buffet our guest can also taste home-made marmelades of four different greek fruits as well as honey of excellent quality, from thyme, orange and pine; moreover, cow and vegetable butter, full yoghurt, fresh and dried fruit, full and low-fat milk and cereals of four different types are available everyday.

We also catered for an excellent cheese sampler for our guests; they can choose white and yellow cheese from various regions of Greece, as well as various brands of ham, prepared in small family farms, with the purest of ingredients. Fresh omelettes, with or without some sort of ham, can be ordered at our personnel; they will readily be prepared on the spot. The same is valid for fried or boiled eggs or Frankfurter sausage.  Our guest can also taste fresh vegetables that are cultivated inside our own biological gardens, as well as  three different olive breeds and olive oil that comes from the olive trees planted inside the KVR gardens.  

Finally, by trying our home-made desserts, like ravani, pecan- and orange pies, syrup desserts and spoon preserves, we hope it will be obvious that the greek buffet of KVR is prepared having you, our guest, in mind, so that, in the end of your stay, you will have sampled the grandeur of the greek countryside, as well as greek hospitality and finesse.

You may indulge in trying fresh season dishes with fresh local organic ingredients, or in sampling fresh fish, caught the same day, or juicy seafood next to our crystal-clear swimming pool in the stylish surroundings of KVR.      

Our restaurant menu includes a superb variety of traditionally cooked greek dishes, pasta and an wide variety of meat from healthy animals, bred in the greek mountains of Macedonia. Our traditional wood oven and our barbecue-operating with wood charcoal-, where many of our dishes are cooked, stores our well-kept secret for the unparalleled taste of our cuisine. Our guest can also pick from a great variety of salads. Salads with the purest of natural ingredients and our excellent olive oil can either accompany the main course of a meal, or can be taken as a light meal per se.    

In our open kitschen restaurant, the dishes are prepared before your eyes, filling you with mediterranean aromas, as the ingredients are transformed into a delicious creation, while you enjoy your local tsipouro or your ouzo.

In the pool bar of KVR fresh juices and smoothies from greek and tropical fruit are prepared by our barman and are served iced in the KVR pool.

If you prefer some quiet moments reading your book or mindlessly browsing a magazine, while listening to the birds’ song, you can relax in the sofas you may find around the KVR premises.
